Hi, Please record the amount of time that it takes until your device goes into sleep mode and set a timer for 5 minutes less than that time everytime you begin to use the lg device. At the points the timer/alarm goes off, you can simply lower/increase the volume and the lg's internal sleep timer should be reset. Thank you.

Yeah, that's not good. The manual provides no information on this at all. It's not user serviceable, in any case. If it's still under warranty, contact LG and see about having it serviced. If it's not, it will need to go to a repair shop to be fixed. A recent discussion I had with a sales person at Best Buy regarding the cost of repairing Digital TV's these days, is that it's usually more cost effective to just get a new TV, as unless it's an in-line fuse that has blown, any repair work is going to generally involve replaicement of the main board, and will end up being a few hundred dollars, pretty close to the cost of a new TV anyway. Sounds like it's time for a new TV.

So the light usually is there to tell you the psu is receiving power...Does pressing any buttons do anything? Can you remove the battery and reseat it?
