Im trying to adjust my philips lcd but menu says
Hello,
In order to resolve the OSD menu locked error:
1. You must reset the on screen display in the menu.
2. Hold down the Menu button for at least 60 seconds.
3. A menu list will appear on your monitor screen.
4. Using the adjust button, press the arrows to enter the menu.
5. Scroll down to the Reset section.
6. On the right side of your screen, you will see an alternating Yes/No choice.
7. When the Yes message flashes, press the Ok button.
8. The menu should be reset and the flashing OSD control message should disappear.

How to unlock main menu
Hi,
I have just sorted this problem on my Philips 150s4 monitor by
pressing OK button for about 15 seconds.

How can I change refresh rate on Phillips 190B
If your Operating system is XP , from your desktop , right click => properties => settings => Advanced => Monitor = set your desired refresh rate , then click apply and ok.

Osd main controls unlocked every
To unlock the OSD Controls press the “MENU(OK)” button for more than 10 seconds while there is video input from PC

Every few seconds a box

Its looks that Inverter board not work well for CCFL cus a CCFL inverter is a device (an inverter) for providing drive power to a Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp CCFL

unplug all the connections for 1 hour from main power ouutlet and reconnect it again.
