In order to resolve the OSD menu locked error:
1. You must reset the on screen display in the menu.
2. Hold down the Menu button for at least 60 seconds.
3. A menu list will appear on your monitor screen.
4. Using the adjust button, press the arrows to enter the menu.
5. Scroll down to the Reset section.
6. On the right side of your screen, you will see an alternating Yes/No choice.
7. When the Yes message flashes, press the Ok button.
8. The menu should be reset and the flashing OSD control message should disappear.

change task bar properties...otherwise intall monitor software cd..

check the brightness / contrast control
do you see OSD (On Screen Display) Menu clearly?

I have just sorted this problem on my Philips 150s4 monitor by pressing OK button for about 15 seconds.

the lcd of ur monitor has a problem...technicians could repair it...

If the OSD is locked, press and hold the Menu button for 10-15 seconds to unlock the OSD

time for A new monitor or your video card is faulty

If your Operating system is XP , from your desktop , right click => properties => settings => Advanced => Monitor = set your desired refresh rate , then click apply and ok.

Power off Monitor, then power on while holding in Menu Button.

Its looks that Inverter board not work well for CCFL cus a CCFL inverter is a device (an inverter) for providing drive power to a Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp CCFL

press of left button (seconed from left) for a long time :))))

unplug all the connections for 1 hour from main power ouutlet and reconnect it again.
