Bravetti is a company with no maker site and no spares backup. Usually caused by someone letting go of the cord so it quickly retracts into the machine and doubles up on itself. 1) Attempt to push IN the cord slightly, instead of drawing it out. 2) Or remove the bottom so you can access and unkink the cord.

Hi there, it sounds like the element located at the bottom of your slow cooker is not heating up, check that you have adjusted the heat setting . Otherwise you may need a new element, in which case, just go online and type in the make and model, options will pop up for you to locate a supplier. Good luck

There is usually a thermal fuse on the heat element. You cannot look at it to determine if it is open. You need an ohm meter for that. There may be a fuse on the circuit board too. If you find these things are all good, then it may not be worth the aggravation.

I went on line to Euro-Pro Corporation and clicked on their web site. You can request a manual by putting in the model number EP108h. I was able to download the user's manual. Apparently this is a discontinued processor but at least you use it correctly now.

First, and I apologize if this questions makes you feel like I am speaking down to you or implying you are stupid, I am not. but have you tried another known good electricl device in that outlet.

second all food processors and blenders have some sort of safety device to prevent accidents.
