you may have to open it up and have a look and see if the eject function button has moved or just stuck down. or you may find another fault with it,until you check it out you wont no what the fault is. it could just sticking.

You will be needing a charger that is particularly suited to your device. There are, out there, hundreds of different chargers, each is different. Having said that, even if you get the right one, the unit you bought may not work, as it may have failed. Some thrift stores have a bucket of chargers, but to start, look with a magnifying glass at your unit to see if it will tell you exactly and precisely what amps, ohms, volts, etc. you will need. sir watch carefully at the mechanical portion if the pinch roller at the cassette running path is loose or slipped out. look the capstan motor shaft whether there any clogged dirt or it has become tight, use CRC spry to clean it. loose the head drum with finger.remember do not touch the scanning chip on the drum.
