Screen side right and left shake
How often does this happen? How long does it do this for? After it happens, does it look normal again?
It sounds like your monitor is automatically "degaussing" (de-gowse-ing) -- this is a process which reduces built-up magnetic fields on the monitor which can affect how it looks over time. Usually, you'll hear a noise when it does it, and at the end of the process, usually a distinct "click" when it snaps back to regular operation.
Some monitors do this automatically when they are turned on, and some can be made to do it manually. I've not seen one that just does it at random times though.

if this is a newly purchase system, then you have to ask the seller. i you had this system before and just reinstalled a copy of windows... then you can call the Microsoft support and they can give you a fix. otherwise you need to buy a new copy of windows and reinstall the operating system.

The problem is static and a high density. Try a magnet by the screen or if you have a magitizer on your monitor that might work. something by your monitor is making it wobble.

If your touchscreen isn't responsive or not working how you would expect, try restarting your PC. If you're still having problems, check for updates: ... In Settings, select Update & security , then Windows Update , and then select the Check for updates button. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.

Why is my WPS button blinking?
A blinking WPS on the router usually means it is actively waiting for a device to connect. For security reasons, it is best to set a time limit for how long WPS pairing can remain active in the router, or to turn WPS off completely and connect only with a standard WPA/WPA2 security key.
Once a device is connected via WPS, it is as secure as if it was connected with a standard security key. WPS is only there as a way to make connecting to routers easier with a shorter password that is supposed to only work for short time while WPS pairing is enabled. ALL OTHER TIMES, WPS SHOULD BE TURNED OFF!

How to fix setup dlink router wbr-2310 ?
the question makes zero sense. SORRY !
why not tell the story fully,
did it work ever before ( you used the word FIX) means repair.
or never worked? for you.
or lost Passwords end to end,.
using wifi? or only greater better Ethernet.
the manual at DLINK dot com covers this lost that. here.
good luck, routers are complex, and how you want to use it only matters first, and not TOLD.
