Yellow Monitor
Its not something that anyone can do. you'll need to get a new cable and open the monitor to connect it on the inside.
to get the vga connector cable you'll need to make the trip to a repair lab anyway, cause its not the generic kind with pins on both sides that you can get in any general computer store.
Hope you work it out, and don't get yourself zapped please ;]

Monitor Samtron after 10min. looses contact with computer
This problem is caused by the Novatek chip on the video board. Soldering a 50 Ohm Resistor across pins 5 and 6 of this chip resolves the problem on both the Samtron and the Samsung monitors. I have just corrected one of these last night by this means.
Hope that helps

Monitor connection
there is a great possibility that your resolution or refresh rates are set too high for the monitor to display properly... boot the computer in safe mode and change the resolution and refresh rates to a lower setting or the recomended setting for the monitor.. 73 and good luck.

My Employer Says They Are Going To Cut My Wages. Can They?
If you are in the middle of a contract, then cutting your wages is almost certainly a violation of your employment law rights. While I am by no means an expert on this matter, I did have a similar issue years ago - mid-contract wage cuts - and I hired an
employment attorney to fight the case on my behalf. It turned out that my employer was basically looking to scare people into taking the wage cut.
They got into some pretty serious legal trouble for their transgression, and nothing happened to me in terms of wage cuts after that. If you are between contracts, your employer can re-negotiate your salary, but as far as I am aware, if you are in an agreed-upon contract, they cannot just decide to reduce your salary. If you want to settle matters, contest this action with support from a legal professional.
