hi; if you have a audio video out[rca type cable that
you can use it will be fine you plug it in a/v input on your tv theres no need of a vcr exept if you want to record what you have on the camera or you can use
a dvd burner to save it on a dvd disc...

Download the drivers from your camera manufactor website. The camera may not support windows 7. I am finding out that windows 7 is going to be like windows vista on drivers.
