Camcorder won't record or playback,has distortion and low volume.Is it just real dirty?
Try to find a video cam ,,head cleaner,,at elonric s store ,,find online,,,try cleaning the heads down in there with alcohol and a q tip,,,also,,good luck,,but thats what it is just dirty,,

check if u can hear sound when connected to tv... also reset ur camera once... else check the settings and lastly the sound volume...
Can u buy a vm-l152
The best place to look for this type of camera is on e-bay. They are no longer sold retail. Use the e-bay search engine and put the brand name and model number in. It will bring up any camera's that are for sale. You will have to be very picky about buying these type of camera's as they will not come with any warranty. We can hear the audio but there is no picture is recording
You are having problems with the camera's auto shutter. You may need to try tapping on the lens and then try shooting very bright lights to make it loosen again. This problem can happen when the camera is not is use for long periods of time. I hope this information helps you with your problem.
The tracking is off when I play back video.
You need to use a head cleaner. Buy a good head cleaning tape and run it for about 10- 15 seconds and see if you problem clears up. Check your tape transport for dust and dirt and clean it out with a small can of compressed air. Checkk the tape heads and see if they are worn out. Usually looks like a black strip in the middle of the head. You may need to replace the heads. I hope this information help you with your problem.

Ask them if they sell the connecting cable for the a/c line connector (Part numbers PV-A19 & PV-A20) to the palmcorder. You may have to purchase the complete a/c package. If so you can put the brand name and model number of the palmcorder and the above part numbers into your search engine and find alternative places to buy the a/c connector. Battery dies
1.5 hours is actually pretty good record time. Depends on the battery of course,but, most 2 hr batteries will only last 1.5 hours during normal use (regardless of the charge time).
Depending upon the connectivity of your PC, there are a couple of ways to get your video to your computer. Assuming your camcorder only has analogue A/V out (yellow red and white RCA), the first thing you need to buy is an analogue to digital converter. There are 2 ways to hook these up to your PC. The best way is using Firewire connectivity. However, if your PC does not have firewire, you'll have to settle for USB connectivity. Through USB, the video will appear choppy, whereas, with firewire, the video will appear as smooth as the original. Just google the terms "rca to usb" or "rca to firewire" to find lots of product that will allow you to convert analogue to digital.
One other method you may consider is to buy a DVD video recorder. You could then just copy the DVD video to your computer.
Once you have purchased an analouge to digital converter, then you need to capture the video to your PC using your favorite software. winXP includes movie maker which will work.
Vhs camcorder will record no picture
the camcorder will show previous recording but not record any new ones only showing snow or as if something is blocking the cap showing like a white snow
Camera wont show picture-just looks like static
Ok.. Does the camera record video? If yes then its just a display problem.I would check to see if the LCD's connectors are in place and for loose contacts. If not you might have to get a new display. Should cost you around 50$ and is pretty easy to replace..
