Heating element not working, power is on, but no
unfortunately this company does not even have a web. If the product is less than a year old then contact the place you purchased it.It sound like the element has burned out. If it is a corded element you may try replacing the cord and see if that works.
Good luck.
On and off switch does not work
do you mean that the switch is broken or just nothing happens when you turn on the power ... if thats the case then check the line cord for damage .. often the wires break right at the plug or connector .. it will feel more flexible at the point of damage than other areas of the wire... if the cord and connector are ok and power is ok at the outlet .. then you probably have a tripped thermal overload fuse inside the machine where the heating element is located .. this trips perminatly if it ever gets overheated .. that can sometimes be caused by running it without any oil inside .. or sometimes the thermal fuse just goes bad (actually often) ... this is usually easily repaired by a shop that speciallizes in this sort of thing .. the part however is either crimped or soldered in so not a customer repairable part (unless you happen to be a TV repairman or Ham radio person)
Battered fish sticks tobottom of basket
Laura,
If you are battering your fish yourself, all you need to do is slowly submerge the fish into the oil, in increments of 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and then 100%. You can do this in less than 30 seconds, you're just giving the batter time to "set". Also, about 30 seconds after the entire fish is submerged in oil, give the basket a good shake. This should dislodge it from the bottom of the basket. Keep your eye on things as the fish is frying.
If it's pre-battered fish, then just drop it in, wait about 30-45 seconds and give the basket a good shake, as I said before.
Good luck!

Bravetti deep fryer model BF155
This sounds like you have a high limit switch that has tripped. Look on the unit for something that looks like a red button about 1/8" in dia. You may have to remove the cover if the button is not present this unit may have a snap type disc high limit, it be a flat disc around the dia. of a quarter with a small disc on top of it. you can usually remove these by taking off the two attachment screws. There will be a temp range on the disc ring this is what you will need to size a replacement.
Hope this helps you.
