I have lost the power cord and cannot find a source for replaceme
This product was manufactured in China for Euro-Pro and your power cord is available for that model. Just go to the following website: http://www.euro-pro.com/europro/default.aspx. Type in your model number in the parts search on the left side of the page. Your power cord is available for $9.95 plus s/h. I hope this information was satisfactory and please visit fixya.com again.

Fryer not working
I also have the 4320 and my problem was a reset button on the back, down in a hole.
My reset button is red. Also there is a safety swith on the rear where you slide the control
unit into the grooves, it has to be all the way down for it to work.

Frier top blew off andhot oil flew every where
WOOOAAAA>. hope no one was hurt!!
Did you put frozen items directly into the HOT oil the close the top?.. the excess water (frozen particles) will melt and try to homogenize with the oil.. since water and oil don't mix,, the oil and water expand quickly... liquids cannot be compressed, so the excess pressure escapes at the path of least resistance - by blowing the top off..
