Oven element does not heat up
Ok
1) does the clock come on
2) do the surface burners come on
if you have the clock (so power is getting in, but you can't get any thing to heat up.
You will need to test the outlet it is plugged into. You should be reading 110 from both the left and right sides of the outlet (totaling 220 ac) if you only get it from one side then the problem is in the wiring, and causing the stove to try and run on half the current it needs.
F2 appears on the front panel and there is a fan
F2 Oven too hot Check oven temperature sensor
The problem is either with the sensor or the wire between the sensor and the control panel.
The sensor is the metal rod that is inside your oven, it comes in on the back wall and is a little smaller than a pencil

Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. Error code F1 means failed thermistor/transistor in control. To resolve this issue you'll have to replace the Electronic range control (ERC). Please rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
Thanks

What does blinking beeping F2 mean?
Hello there"
The F 2 error that you are getting is telling you that the temperature sensor is going bad and needs to be replaced the temperature sensor is what senses the ovens temperature say you have it set for 350 when it is at 350 the sensor tells the oven to stop heating up and when it gets to a certain temp below that value it will make the oven heat up again
it looks like this
Stove top hot when oven on
There is a vent tube that generally goes up to a back burner where you can use it for keeping something warm. There may be a problem with that tube falling out??? and all the heat is venting to under the stove top. Look fer it
