Hi,
Based on your post/description, your iPaq 2210 will not power on. It is possible that your battery is deactivated. To reactivate, plug it to the AC power supply/adaptor, press reset at the back of the unit. Assuming no other problem, the unit will initialize back to default factory settings. It's very likely that all your previous/personal settings, files and applications will be also gone.
Good luck and pls post back how things turn up. Kind regards.

The first thing to try is a soft reset while the card is inserted.

Hi, Jim--
When you take the battery out of an IPAQ you're performing a hard reset. I've got 4 different IPAQs and it does the same thing on all of them.
My solution was to back the IPAQ up using the internal backup program (back up to IPAQ storage) and then replace the battery, then restore the last backup.
Saved me a heck of a lot of time. It's been hard to remember to back up everytime I add a program or change data majorly, but it's probably the best thing to do.

Hey :), I'd be happy to help. I honestly don't think that you've physcially damaged your Ipaq, so you should probally hard reset your Ipaq. To do this you must hold down the reset button and the power button at the same time for like 5 seconds. This will get rid of data on your pocket pc, but It might solve your Ipaq's problem. Thanks! and I hope this helps, if it doesn't I'd recommend for you call Hp where they will repair it or give you a new one :)

The wifi card you have is probably have was made for a regular computer and is not compatible with your pocket pc. Id recommend for you to find a SD wifi card that is compatible with your pocket pc.
