i too need a pin for this modle. has anyone solved this problem for that person?

Your best optionis to contact Rival directly. Alternatively go to your local high street service centre.

1. Place the REMOVABLE ROASTING PAN into the ROASTER OVEN BODY. 2. Make sure that the TEMPERATURE CONTROL is in the OFF position, then plug cord into a 120 volt AC outlet. 3. Turn the roaster on by turning the TEMPERATURE CONTROL to the desired temperature. 4.Preheat for 15 to 20 minutes. (INDICATOR LIGHT will shut off when temperature is reached) 5. Place ROASTING RACK into the REMOVABLE ROASTING PAN, put food on the RACK, and place the LID on the roaster oven. NOTE: Some foods or recipes do not require the ROASTING RACK to be used. 6. When finished, turn the TEMPERATURE CONTROL to the OFF position and unplug roaster oven from outlet. 7. Remove if it plugged and plugged to roaster and it still does not work move a known working plug. still does not work, there is no repair.

See if the following suits your slicer: HOBART or RIVAL FOOD SLICER Replacement SCREW IN FEET RUBBER PAD or... The slicer predates 2014. Sears parts division has offers some Rival replacement parts. You might try them if the above source does not pan out. There is also a heritage parts outfit that might have something. The ebay listing for this part in particular does not list any as currently available. But one on the above leads may help.

for a vacuum machine to work the valves have to be functional as the piston/diaphragm moves back to suck out the air there is a one way valve that shuts of as the piston / diaphragm moves back for another cycle it is possible that there is food particles stuck under that valve thereby stopping it from sealing off
