or best -- you should reinstall the drivers to get a clean working printer on your computer. Go to this link and download the drivers . Disconnect the printer from your computer
Save the file onto your desktop . Open the file, install drivers

Not using genuine HP cartridges could be one reason. Low ink cartridges could cause not enough ink to be used to make a certain shade of gray or black and thus causing the green tinge. Also if you are selecting photo quality printing then you need to use photo paper. The printer drivers tell the printer different commands depending on what kind of paper you tell it you are using. Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote for me:))

Hi There, Your printer driver hpf2vw10.dat is gone bad and needs to be replace. The only way to do it by uninstalling the software and reinstalling it back.
I request you to please download the latest software from the internet and run the uninstall wizard from the downloaded software and then install the downloaded software.
(yes, run the uninstall wizard from the downloaded software)

Uninstall your printer software and install it again and try to print again. It should work.. because your printer setting seems to be messed up. If it still does not work then it is recommended that you change your ink cartridge

Open the printer casing and clean the paper sensor and the tray . After that clean the rod with iso-propyle or petrol and remove all the dust from the board also.Your printer needs dusting only.Let me know when problem gets rectified.

Look real close around the rollers front and back for littles pieces that may have torn under the rollers. Also try canned air blowing directly under the rollers front and back.
