I have hp photosmart 7850.

I have had this happen to several people and also to me. What I did is to take a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy Paper) and put it through the feed putting pressure on the Card Stock and pressing on the feed button. What happens is that a piece of the jammed envlope or document gets caught in the feed way and will not allow the document or envelope ( in your case) to pass. It should solve your problem if it works. Bud

How to print diferent sizes using Pictbridge on HP 7850

What model camera are you using? Normally, once connected, unless the camera has settings for print size and other options the printer will print whatever the default size is.

How to install my printer without the CD installer

Go to HP.com, click on Drivers Download, enter Deskjet F830 in the model box and click search. You will then be asked to pick your Operating System, most likely Windows XP or Vista. You will then be shown all the available downloads for that printer. Download and install the driver and the printer should work.

Ink issue

Normally if it's an ink cartridge problem, you will see there is a small cartridge symbol being shown in the right hand side window. If there isn't a cartidge symbol then it doesn't need a new cartridge. Normally when the red light flashes, it means there is some other problem such as paper jam or no paper! To change the cartridge, open the top of the printer, you'll see the cartridges on the right hand side, they should hopefully just pop out when you pull them GENTLY. To insert a new cartidge, follow the pictures shown and make sure you hear a 'click'.
I am not a techie at all so I hope this helps

INK Color is off

Hello,

That's usually a sign of a cartridge that is running low on ink. Especially if it happens in the middle of the picture. Also, make sure that you have HP Premium Photo paper when printing photos. Also make sure that you click the properties button on the print dialog screen and choose the correct paper type. It will make a much better picture. You cn find more information on the types of paper on page 7 of the manual.

Hope this helps. Please remember to rate this information.

Thanks

Communication

Make sure all the drivers have been installed in the control panel of your computer. Let the computer search for an additional driver if it will. Unplug the USB while all is on and give it some time to see if it installs something more. You may have to restart your computer several times with the device USB unplugged and then with everything on plug it back in and see if the computer will recognize it again.

Looking for the link in an answer to an old Ask?

No, that is telling you that the website that was linked has removed the information. Everything stays on Fixya forever. This seems to be about and HP Printer rather than 'Computers and Internet'. https://www.google.com/search?q=3210+all+in+one+has+a+Error%3A0xc2fe0100+and+438+BOARD_pwr.c Use Google and do this in full make model (one error message) Then do the same with the other error message ..
