me pasa lo mismo, pongo una hoja, la toma, y la saca por arriba, como queriendo sacar la hoja trancada, aunque no termina de escupir toda la hoja, la deja 1 pulgada adentro y se la tengo que sacar de pesado, y la luz de paperjam sigue blinking

Try performing a scan. Probably the scanner or the scanner flat cable is damaged.

1. Click and select. (Settings) > Devices > Printers & scanners.
2. Select your product and click Manage.
3. Click Printer properties.
4. Select the Ports tab.
5. Select the Enable bidirectional support checkbox and click OK.
