HOW DO I CLEAR MEMORY ON AN HP G85 PRINTER?

Worst case, if you turn the printer off and then back on again it should clear its memory. However, if you have any print jobs stuck in the queue, you will need to clear them to. To do that, open the printer folder, double click on the printer in question, and you'll see if their is any jobs in the queue. Right click on each print job and click cancel, then click delete. If some fail to delete, dont worry, just reboot and they should be gone.

Printer sending blank paper

Not much to go on! You have probably ran out of ink. If you use third party ink catridges, they lie to the printer about how much ink is left so the printer uses every last drop of ink. Even when it's empty.

HP G85 All says remove and check color cartridge and prints only green/blue color

This is a known issue on this machine. What I do is open the printer as if replacing the cartridge and allow the cartridge holder to move to the exchange position. Then I unplug the power cable from the back and close the printer again. Keeping your finger on the power button, plug in the power cable again. Keep the button pressed for about 10 seconds, allowing the error flag to reset. Switch on again and wait for the initialise to finsh. It sometimes takes another 5 minutes for the message to disappear but it should go eventually.
