Make sure your printer show online status.
Pull ink cartridges from printer then make sure there is not any paper jam.
Then check that printer gives print from itself press print button on printer.
If your printer is in ready online status then reinstall driver in computer.
Again make sure that your computer gateway and your printer gateway are same.Sometimes you can ping though both computer are not in same network.
For access printer in network must need both gateway are same .

6.In left panel chose HP and in right panel your model and I hope you will have success

When the message 14.6 appears on the control panel display, change the coating pad and cleaning roller if an old-style fuser (C3111A) is installed. If a new-style fuser (C3969A) is installed, use the new coating kit (C3964A) instead.

If a 50 SERVICE error message is displayed, turn the printer OFF for at least 10 minutes. Failure to wait the full 10 minutes before turning the printer ON results in a continuation of the error message and the shutting off of the fuser lamp current during this time, though the source of the error may have already been resolved.

If this does not resolve the problem then you will need to have the unit serviced professionally as there are several possibilities to check and possibly replace to cure the problem.
