Toss a dog a bone! Can you confirm that it's an HP printer? What OS and type of device (computer, phone, Mac, PC, Windows version, ...) are you trying to install it on? How are you trying to install the printer? How are you connecting the printer to your computer? (USB, network, Bluetooth, Ethernet, or ?) Have you tried to install it, and if so, what happened?
