The maintenance kit usually consists of a fuser which is on the left side just below where the paper comes out, a roller, which is on the right side inside of the manual feed tray, and about 6 new paper feed rollers, which are in the paper tray at the bottom.
the HP model is Q5998A, and they'll run you around $275 for an HP branded one. It has complete instructions on how to replace the parts with the maintenance kit.

The 4345 needs a dedicated fax line. A dual line is considered by the machine as a single line, and it will pick up both numbers since it has no way of knowing which line is ringing. My advice would be to get your dual line separated and only plug in the fax line.

After printing 215,000 pages, the MFP alerts you to order a maintenance kit. The message can be
temporarily cleared for approximately 10,000 pages by using the CLEAR MAINTENANCE
MESSAGE item on the RESETS submenu. When the page count reaches 225,000, you can no

1 Turn the MFP off and then on.
2 When the memory count appears on the control-panel display, press and hold 6 until all three

4 Press 6 to select NEW MAINTENANCE KIT.
5 The MFP completes its initialization sequence. The maintenance-kit counter is automatically reset.

On fax settings set ECM to ON, JBIG to OFF, MAX BAUD RATE to 14.4, V34 to OFF then upgrade to latest firmware and make sure phone line is a 2-line phone line (look plug end of line and there should only be 2 metal strips on connector)

When the memory counts up when turning mfp on, hold down the 6 button until all three lights on left of panel light up, then using the 3 button to scroll go to COLD RESET and touch 6 button to select. If that doesnt fix ya then you may need a hard disk drive

1.Most likely is the fuser assy, depending on what your page count is. 2.Could also be your toner cartridge especially if it is a reman

Fuzzy print is mostly related to 3 items in your printer. 1 the toner cart. 2 fuser. 3 transfer roller. A fuser replacement is a normal fix for this problem. Check your PM kit status by printing a supplies status page. A PM kit will have a fuser, transfer roller and feed rollers. If the PM level is low ,order and replace kit. If not you may want to get a new fuser

right click on the printer driver and select use printer online if its not working check the connection .. replace the cable and check it

The only way to reset the total page count back to zero is from the service mode. Link for service code.

The correct answer is to clean or replace the mylar sheet on the bottom of the adf

You say you have opened and closed the cover, your error appears to be related to the output bin assy on the left of the printer. Remove and reininstall the output bin assy.
