Trflon sleeve.A.Check with another cartridgeB.Remove fuser assembly, check teflon sleeve surface,if its dirty or toner deposited on it replace it if you can or replace entire fuser assembly. The problem is not the tuner is the printer drum

just select paper type is PLAIN, and everey thing will be good, you have a setting problem , do not worry.

First you need to clean the machine. Next you need to try a nother toner cartridge. If it still does it you mite need a fuser.
Also does the paper reach the fuser?

Hp says you have a bad scanner unit(laser unit) or DC controller, but first reseat all your connectors on your scanner unit(laser) and DC controller. Your scanner is located under the top cover and the DC controller is located behind the right cover. If the problem still persist replace the scanner first.

Restart the computer in safe mode and try and delete the printer. If that doesn't work download the the Kyocera print driver seleter from kyoceramita.com and use it to delete the driver.

This is a common problem for the 4350 ( the first series),

they have since then modified them.

the problem come from the Fuser section, there is a gear which starts to wear out and slips,  there is an update for it.

Turn off the printer, and then disconnect the Ethernet cable from the router and the printer. Check the cable for damage, and then verify that it is an Ethernet cable and not a phone cable. Uninstall and reinstall with the latest software from http://support.hp.com for your OS. That should repair any connections that have broken.

Go to printer driver make sure you've have legal selected

Go to official site of HP and navigate to downloads Enter your model number and search for the firmware and start downloading the latest version. In the mean while uninstall the installed software and clean cache and history.
