If you have done so before and thus are sure you are doing so correctly than the most likely issue is driver corruption.

Uninstalling and then reinstalling the printer drivers will probably correct your problem.

If you can't find your printer's utility/drivers disk that came with your printer, a quick visit to the support site for the printer's manufacturer will allow you to download them. You may want to do that any way as newer drivers might be available.

1. check to see if you have cleared the printer Que of all documents ( that is you have canceled all print documents
2. you could have a bad sensor in the printer that is not functional and is sending a printer signal or a improper circuit signal which the processor is triggering the print signal.

Go here, choose your Operating System and download what you need.

kindly make sure the ink cartridge are fitted nicely on the ink cartridge holder

check: the ink, the cable and power

plz reinstall your printer, if the problem is not solved then try with a new usb slot and change the usb port also. if problem is still there then scan your pc for viruses with updated anti-viurse software.

If it blinks sometimes you may need to clear it's memory and check your catridges as well as the paper sensor

Buy an adapter cable that has a USB end on it and plug it into your USB port instead of your printer port. You can find this cable at any store selling electronics. Try WalMart or a local computer store.

Check the power cord from the outlet if it is properly plug in and also check the power cord connection in the back of the printer and be sure that it is properly connected. See if it works.

Even if you do not have CD Installer, that's alright. Hp do have an option where you could go to their website and download all the driver's without any cost. If you wish, you could also prepare a CD Installer by burning the Driver's in a disc ( Only for personal use ).

Select your O.S ( Operating System ) like Windows Vista, 98 or so.

Save the files on the desktop in a Single Folder. Double click those to install in your PC/Notebook.

i think there is a prblem about the ink cartridge. the noozle maybe it doesnt flow the ink or maybe you filled the cartridge too much of ink. try a new cartridge cartridge but before that try to clean the noozle of your ink cartridge.. - **wanski cebu**

cancel all printing and start all over . Make sure you have the righ printer selected, restart the computer

you need to chang the settings for the drivers.
Click on start and then click on printers and faxes.
Right click on the printer icon and then click on properties. turn off the mirror image from there (advance or feature tab)
If you could not locate that option there, then click on printer prefrences and check for the option

Disconnect printer from computer
Install the software from the CD-ROM that came with printer or download the software from support.hp.com.
Make sure printer is on.
Connect printer to computer when prompted by software install or when finished installing.
