My vacuum cleaner brush stopped rotating. Just

Hi there,
Almost certainly you have broken the drive belt. THese machines have a rubber belt that is designed to snap if you get the roller brush stuck on something. The most common reason for this to occur is that you **** up the end of a rug, the curtain or a sock. This will stop the roller but the drive shaft will continue to spin which chews through the rubber belt.
What you will need to do is buy a new belt and fit it on.
Hope this is helpful for you. If it is please take a moment to give me a rating. If you are in Australia and need somewhere to get you miele belt from try nelsonvacuums or VacuumSpot.

I have a Miele Classic C1 Cat & Dog. Had to replace the motor. Now the motor is quiet but there is little to no suction through the hose. Some air comes thru the exhaust.

You have a blockage somewhere. The most likely place is in the brush head behind the brush or at the first joint to the metal tube.

I'm assuming you have a canister with an seb236/34 power nozzle. The handle release pedals break all the time and would need to be replaced to fix your problem.

Miele Vacuum SEB 234/236 Roller Brush Issue

If the roller brush of your Miele vacuum SEB 234/236 only spins when you manually hold down the switch, it indicates that there is a problem with the electronic circuit or mechanical parts responsible for engaging the brush. This could be caused by a faulty connection, a broken wire, or a malfunctioning switch. It's recommended to have the vacuum serviced by a professional to diagnose and fix the issue.

Miele Compact C2 Electro + Powerline. Can I fix the electrical connection between the hose and the beater head. It's spotty so the beater head action turns on and off with motion, randomly.

It may be worn carbon brushes in the beater head and yes it can be fixed. You can try giving the head a thump on the side to help seat the motor brushes.

My Miele C3 cat/dog won't adjust off of the min power setting. 6 years old, out of warranty, light use.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the power control system on your Miele C3 cat/dog vacuum. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check the power control switch: Make sure that the power control switch is functioning properly and that it is able to move freely through all of the power settings. If the switch is stuck or damaged, it may be causing the vacuum to remain on the minimum power setting.
  2. Check for debris in the power control system: Debris can sometimes accumulate in the power control system and cause it to malfunction. To check for debris, turn off the vacuum and unplug it from the electrical outlet. Locate the power control system and use a small brush or compressed air to carefully clean it.
  3. Check for a clog in the hose or suction path: A clog in the hose or suction path can cause the vacuum to lose suction and remain on the minimum power setting. To check for a clog, remove the hose and use a flashlight to look for any blockages. If you find a clog, use a broom handle or similar object to carefully remove it.
If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, it is possible that there is a problem with the power control system or another internal component of the vacuum. In this case, it may be necessary to have the vacuum repaired or serviced by a professional.

Why does my miele vaccuum cleaner power brush lose power when i push it forward?

It loses power? Do you mean the brush roller does not spin or do you mean there is a loss of suction? Or does the vacuum shut off? I interpret this to mean no suction. That implies no air flow. https://bestsearchadvisor.com/miele-vacuum-troubleshooting-problems/ Lack of suction suggests either a blockage OR an air leak. If a canister is not properly seated, a gap offers air leakage. If there is a leak in the hose, again, there is a loss of suction. A hole in the hose requires hose replacement. If this problem is not one of loss of suction but rather loss of power in the brushes, there are other considerations, such as a build up of long fibers in the roller. https://howtofixit.net/miele-vacuum-troubleshooting-guide/ Alternatively, if the brush is failing to spin, the motor for it may have failed even though the suction continues to work. If there is a loss of all power when you push it forward, perhaps there is a problem with the cord, a breakage where movement breaks the power going to the vacuum.
