Let it cool to see if the reset resets, if not, it is time to throw it away. There are no parts or repairs that can be done to that model.

I found your owner's manual here: http://nostalgiaelectrics.com/?wpfb_dl=155 Took a fast look through it and found no reset switch. However, there is an automatic lock. Just hit the cancel button and within 2 minutes, use your unit.

Water line may be frozen, heat it with a hair dryer, see if water then flows.This can happen if aair flow to bottom of frig is blocked.

Double check the kettle is plugged in tight, otherwise there are no repairable parts on Nostalgia poppers.

i lent mine out and it came back without a cord , found one on a old burnt out pitzelle iron that worked in my pile , it's just not as long as the original lesson: look at your other appliances you might allready have one !!
