We have two of these printers still in use...here's what I do to solve it...first I shut off the printer. Then I open up the printers utility on the computer, select the panasonic, then I clear the print jobs. I also press delete print jobs a few times just for good measure. You should see your print jobs disappear from the queue. I then turn on the printer and if it wasn't a very big print job, that will have taken care of the problem. If those things don't work, turn the computer and the printer off and on.

Verify your data cable and check in BIOS if the parallel port is active.

You may have sent too many print jobs into the printer queue at one time. You can check that in the lower right hand corner of your screen. If you see the little printer icon, it means there are jobs in the queue. If that's the case, just right click on it, a list of print jobs will be shown. Just highlight each one, and right click, then select cancel printing. That should clear out any extraneous print jobs. Now, if your printer is doing that when you are only printing one job, I would recommend removing and reinstalling the printer drivers. That should fix the problem. Good luck!

Hi Friend, Currently, the hardware accessories are not available for this type of printer in panasonic.They have stopped the model.Anyway some dealers are there who can service these printers.You try searching in www.alibaba.com, www.tradekey.com. Here you can find your nearest dealer yor servicing or u can exchange the printer and get a new one...
