I am really thankful to them.
Secondly i would also like to thank my parents and friends who helped me a lot in finishing this project within the limited time.
I am making this project not only for marks but to also increase my knowledge .
THANKS AGAIN TO ALL WHO HELPED ME.
(Hint : An acknowledgement must not be quite big and must not contain details about help or other issues.
it is the shortest thing in the whole project)

wat is the solution for sinx-cosx=2 ?
whats the appropriate unit of measure for -5 1/4in - 2 2/3 in

cscx = 2 and cscx = -2
0 ≤ x ≥ 360
cscx=2 which can also be written as 1/sinx = 2/1
do the recipricol (flip it) and sinx = 1/2 which is pie/6 or 30 degrees.

1 + sinx = 2cos^2x
Hii..this can be done as follow
cos^2 x = 1 - sin^2 x--------(1)
2cos^2 x=1+ sin x
2cos^2 x - sin x -1=0
Substituting formula (1)
2(1 - sin^2 x) - sin x - 1 = 0
2sin^2 x + sin x - 1 = 0
Factor this
(2 sin x - 1)(sin x +1) = 0
2 sin x - 1 = 0 or sin x +1 = 0
sin x = 1, and sin x = -1

Radiation machines, used to treat tumors, produce an intensity of radiation that varies inversely as the square of the distance from the machine. At 3 meters, the radiation intensity is 62.5 milliroentgens per hour. What is the intensity at a distance of 2.5 meters?
Assume X is the intensity of the radition at 0 meters.
Then 62.5 milliroentgens/hr = 1/(3^2) * X
Solve for X. X = 9 * 62.5 milliroentgens = 562.5 milliroentgens/hr
Now solve for the radiation at 2.5 meters.
R = 1/(2.5^2) * 562.5 milliroentgens = 562.5/6.25 = 90 milliroentgens/hr
I hope this helps you out.

3x+6y=90 what is the y and x intercepts
By definition, the y-intercept is the value of y when x=0. Just set x=0 in the equation and solve for y.
Hence 3(0)+6y=90 or 6y=90. This gives y=90/6=15. The point of intercept of the y-axis is (0,15).
To get the x-intercept, set y= 0 in the equation and solve for x.
3x+6(0)=90 or 3x=90. This gives x=90/3=30.
The point of intercept of the x-axis is (30,0).

The formula for the volume of a cube is V(s) = s3 where s is the side length of the cube. In which quadrant(s) is the graph of the function V(s)?
The first. The pure function V(s)=s^3 is in the first and third, but it does not make sense to have a negative value for s.

what quadrants
All in the 1st as you can't have a negative radius meaningfully. If you do, the graph is in the 1st and 4th quadrants
Pi * r^2 * h is always a positive answer anyway.

A customer went to a garden shop and bought some potting soil for $11.50 and 9 shrubs. The total bill was $94.75. Write and solve an equation to find the price of each shrub.
9s = 94.75 - 11.50
Solving for s gives s = 9.25
This assumes each shrub costs the same.
