Check on the outside of the router, if you can find a print, like how to reset and what the default admin login and password will be. Most routers have that.

look for the tiny reset button and use a paper clip to push it in.

You need the cable that came with the wizard. I think it is a serial cable. Then you need the software that came o a disk with the device. Does not matter, what port you use, serial or USB you always first need to install the software before you can connect it to the computer and work with it. Sometimes you still can fine the old software on the site of the producer of the device. (Sharp this time)

This appears to be a Win 2000 or XP machine. These Operating Systems are no longer supported. I recommend you start looking for a newer machine & os. If you have files that you do not want to lose, you could try this... Pull the hard drive out, and use a "USB Hard Drive Adapter" (available fairly cheap online) to connect the hard drive to a friend's computer, and save all the personal files (documents, pictures, etc.) you can to a folder on the friend's computer or an external hard drive. Then, you could copy them to a newer machine when you get one.
