Hi, Please power cycle your washer (ie unplug power for 2 minutes before powering on again). Then, you can move your dial counterclockwise (or opposite the direction that you currently turn your cycle-setting dial) by 90 degrees. Then, attempt a full cycle again. This should help somewhat reset your cycle functions so that it works properly. Thank you.

If the lid switch assembly tests fine then then the problem is with the control board that is bad and needs replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

The drain hose might be blocked then or another reason on why your clothes could not be getting clean enough is that your washing machine tub isn't draining properly due to a blockage in the drain hose To check the drain hose for your washing machine detach it and look for any kinking or and obstructions, removing any items if you find them. It could also be because the line leading from the detergent tray to the drum has become clogged up with washing powder. Try using less detergent too much Laundry detergent will build up inside the machine. Have a person that repairs washing machines to take a look and see what the issue is then.
