20 Most Recent Hobart 120/240V SR24H Undercounter Hot Water Sanitizing Dishwasher with Detergent Pump Questions & Answers

Hobart sr24h detergent and rinse agent pumps not activating during normal cycling. Have tested pumps with external 120v and they both are operational. Relay?? Timer?? Wiring diagram?

Full parts list here, but from my 52 years in the hospitality trade, Hobart washers need professional diagnosis and repair. Your unit has a 'Chemical Detection Box', but only the engineers will know how or what it detects.

also see page 6, items 17 and 18, and 20 Timer Relays. Part 17 is specific to detergent and rinse, so replace that first.

SR24H does not finish the all cycle properly, there is a lot of water still in the unit when it stops, also, at begining of the wash cycle the fill selenoid valve works 5 or 6 times before it stops.

Why does it only turn off when the wall socket is off?

There is no electricity generating into the device.

I have a Hobart LX30H dishwasher. Partway though the wash cycle the sound of water splashing inside the machine stops. Motor still runs. Very little water dribbling out the spray arms. Water level ok.

It's a guess, because I haven't used Industrial Hobarts for a while, but the contactor unit for the pump is faulty. These are usually hidden behind the control panel or the bottom kick panel.

Hobart SR24H is not filling at all

Check water pressure, check valves, unscrew connection at the unit and check for debris screen that may be clogged. If that does not work then you are looking at troubleshoot the actual valves to see if they have failed or are having a power issue.

I suspect that you have something in the wash pump. It might have gone through the filter or when you cleaned the base filter, it dropped down the hole.

I suggest that you search on youtube on:
REMOVING OBJECT FROM A HOBART WASH PUMP

On removing objects from a dish washer pump, you will need to pull mains plug out gain access to wash pump. Then, use a screwdriver in back pump shaft. Turn and you will feel if there is something in pump and sometimes you can vacuum out through base filter using a wet vac.

How do I clear error code FO4?

If you see F04, it is likely that there is water inside the air trap or pressure transmitter for wash tank is faulty. Sometimes it happened due to water inside pressure pipe.
