Error codes EO 21

Good Morning sisutl, thank you for your question!

Could the error code possibly be E-21? If so, this error is commonly referred to an issue with the oven thermal sensor. Typically, the over thermal sensor is in the open position. A professional would need to verify continuity of sensor harness and connections. Depending on an accurate diagnosis the part may need replacing. I hope this information help to some degree.

I have an Electrolux cooktop model # EW36CC52GS. Changed a burner. There are 2 identical connectors on the terminal board which one do I plug the top back into, I didn't see second connection.

there should be identifier letters on the terminal board use a magnifier follow the lines that come from each connection on the board.

Are the installation dimensions the same between Electrolux Icon 36” induction cooktop E36ic801ss1 and this years model E36ic80Qss?

You would have to compare owners manuals and installation instructions of both models.

I have an Electrolux insight model EKT6045 free standing cooker. On the ceramic hob 2 dots appear when I switch on front hot plate which I haven't noticed before (I've just moved in) - don't know why

Do they go out when switch is off?

My 36” Electrolux glass cooktop just stopped working. Was boiling eggs & noticed it wasn’t working so checked breaker box. I flipped breaker off for 30 sec & turned on to no avail.

The breaker can still be the problem. The way to prove it is to measure the voltage at the wall plug where the cook top is plugged into the wall. Unplug the cook top and look at the pattern the plug contacts make. Should look something like a Y. Using a volt meter set on AC and 240 volts put one lead in the bottom leg of the Y and the other lead on one of the other leg contact. You should read 120 volts on each leg. If one leg has no voltage, replace the breaker in the panel. If the voltage is present on both legs of the plug then the breaker is good and the problem lies in the electronics of the cook top or perhaps a burned out heating element.

Model #EW30ES65GSD ELECTROLUX slide-in range, electric How to get to the elements for replacement?

Unplug the range then you need to take the side panel off and there will be a slide out tray with the lower element in it. Disconnect the old element and reinstall the new unit in reverse order. Hope this helps
