Russell hobbs kettle

You will need to first shock that kettle first bold hot water then remove it and replace with very cold or ice water. The smell like plastic is brought by the Plastic which over heats and somehow weakens to a point of melting thus releasing a smell into your water, Shocking the kettle would help if not then you will need to buy another kettle as that one might not be original or just wasn't tested for regularities and standards.

Where can I find the serial number for the Russell Hobbs RHPAC4002 portable air conditioner and dehumidifyer?

It may not have one if they only made one batch of them. If it does have one it will be on that sticker. Is it near the mains lead? The other possibility is that there is another sticker inside with serial number and inspector stamp.

RUSSELL HOBBS 18941 KETTLE has slow leak from the bottom of kettle.

They are pretty much a disposable item when they fail. You could try repairing with epoxy putty. Some bases can be screwed a bit tighter. https://www.google.com/search?q=KETTLE+MOD+18941 Manual

My Russell Hobbs Hand Blender not working. It smells of burning, I suspect the fuse is burned. How do I removed the cover; there are no screw? Any help will be appreciated

Edited to Add;The OP changed it from Hand Mixer to Hand Blender, so my information below only applies to a MIXER. She needs a new Stick Blender, you can't repair them.No fuse in those, but there maybe a thermal fuse. If you smell burning, it will be the motor windings overheating.Screws are probably hidden beneath the little rubber pads for setting it down when the beaters aren't in it. Having said that. many newer devices just have locking tabs. You need to use a 'spudger' and find the right place to press and twist. Often with Mixers, the carbon brushes to the motor stick, so a sharp tap will often get them running again.
