Washer mod. aw1002w stuck at
hello,
what this simply indicate from your explanation is that there has been a bridge up of power on the wires connected the jet spring (spinal or motor).
the way out from this problem,
first of all put off all forms of power supply connected to the washer then unscrew it with care using a technician tools call (screw driver )then trace the wire down to the jet spring(motor or spinal) at the back of the washer check if there is any form of born wire of loose if any then it will need a replacement but if non it then means that the motor is bad which will need a replacement .
To get a better part of the washer you are advice to order for the part from the company that produce the washer , if that will be very difficult then get the part from any store around you but make sure that you are buying the same type with the old or bad one for easy compatible.
thank you and thanks for using fixya.

How to replace belt on tricity bendix aw440 washer
1. remove top plastic panel (retaining screws are at back)
2. locate metal brace (12 incles long and 1/2 inch wide) on top of the cabinet (in mine it is on right edge)
3. unscrew retaining small bolts (there is one a few inches below on the inside of the cabinet too).
4. Repeat for left side.
5. push the back and front halves of the cabinet away from each other
6. slide the new belt around the front of the drum
7. reassemble
8. if you need to tension the belt wrap 10-20 turns of insulation tape around the idler pulley
Hiya,
It will be something stuck in the filter that is preventing it coming out.
As you unscrew it try twisting it from side to side , and screwing it back in again, and keep on doing that, hopefully it will eventually come out.
Hope this helps.
Every time I turn on the appliance it blows a fuse
A washer requires a dedicated electric outlet to operate properly. It is possible that the plug you have is part of another circuit and has some other high ampere drawing devices connected to it. Check to see if any other items are affected when the circuit trips (or fuse blows).
If you truly have actual fuses instead of ciruit breakers, make sure the fuse you are replacing is a slow blow type rated at the proper amperage for the circuit.
If you have circuit breakers, you might have to have a separate 20 amp dedicated branch circuit added to power the washer. (USA/Canada)
Without further details of the specifics of your situation, that is the advice to check first.
Washer is stuck on drain
Start checking that water level is OK. If water level is stuck, the machine will keep draining forever.
Check that wiring to pump has no contact to ground. If the pumpwiring is fine then it can be wiring to timer control or timer control board.
Test and repairs must be done by qualified pesonnel.
Check the water level first, that is the most common cause for this problem.

CH slider on potterton programmer ep2002 broken can I get a spare or do I need a new programmer?
If you're looking for a direct replacement for the broken slider, you might be in luck. The Potterton EP2 Programmer is now the official replacement for the EP20021. It's designed to fit the existing backplate without any rewiring, provided the backplate is undamaged and in good condition.
EP2 replacement programmer for EP2002 (plumbersforums.net)
The EP2 doesn't have the additional terminals that the EP2002 had (which allowed it to function as a mini-wiring center), but the core wiring should match. So, if your EP2002 was acting as a wiring center, you might need to check if the EP2 accommodates all your existing wires.
Considerations:
Since you're controlling your central heating (CH) via a Netatmo 'smart' thermostat and manually managing hot water (HW), the EP2 might suit your needs. The CH slider permanently on and HW controlled separately aligns with your current setup.
Keep in mind that the EP2 doesn't have the extra features of the EP2002, so assess whether those additional terminals were crucial for your system.
Installation:
Replacing the programmer involves turning off the power, unscrewing the old one, and attaching the new EP2 to the existing backplate. Remember to reuse the little red 'LED' cover from your old programmer3.
If you're comfortable with basic soldering, you could also replace the tiny NiCad battery inside the EP2002 to see if that resolves any issues.
Budget-Friendly Option:
While the EP2 typically costs around £65-70, you might find a better deal on platforms like eBay3. Just ensure it's compatible with your existing setup.
Remember to turn off the power before any installation work.
