When I opened the blanket up, the power cord was not inside the box. The blanket , pamphlet, and a pink plastic bag that I think the cord was supposed to be in , was all that was in there.
Haven't you contacted the company that shipped it to you? It might have been an oversight and they'll mail you one. You can do that for anything you get shipped to you from a company.

The blanket control had soda spilled on it and now is stuck and you can not increase or decrease the heat
Wd 40 spray it down really good then wipe excess. Let dry

It does not heat up. It flashes the letter F. Nothing else happens.
Sunbeams - blinking "F" means that the connection to the blanket was loose. Make sure you give it a good push to get the piece fully engaged.

control does not work. blanket will heat when using identical control. How do I get a control that works?
Try contacting the manufacturer for replacement. Or try fixing the one that does not.

Almost impossible without a make name. That type of replacement only come from the manufacturer. Nothing is coming up on that model number.
