The vibration is probably the electric valve that opens and closes the water supply valve on the dishwasher underside. If you have set a few dishwashers before, you may be able to remove yours to access the solenoid valve on the bottom of your dishwasher and replace this part for a few bucks, then reset the dishwasher and test.
