4 beeps when i power on my laptop

check memory, it is a system timer failure (if the beeps are short), usually its because of bad ram, but if u took it apart could be you just need to check how you inserted the RAM.

When starting computer locking or latching relay

What relay are you talking about? The only computer I know of that may have a relay in it is from the 1940s. Aopen didn't exist then.

How to change cmos battery on aopen xc cube ux45g

Although this question is really old I would like to answer it as I had the same problem a few days ago. This first answer from ikkenom is not really good, it is to general. If your Aopen XCube UX45G forgets BIOS settings like time, boot order or other options it is very likely that the battery needs to be replaced. To replace the CMOS battery of the XCube UX45G you need a new CR2032 battery. The battery socket is a bit hidden. It can be found next to the IDE ports. See this image: http://www.informationsarchiv.net/uploads/image/8182/xccubeez65-25.JPG . First turn of the power chord, remove the battery as ikkenom described and insert the new battery. The positive pole (+) has to be positioned in the way that this pole can "see" the RAM slots. Turn back power chord, start the computer und reset BIOS settings.

My pc doesn t boot from cd driver

If you are using a CD drive, it is probably just too old and can't read anything anymore. Try running an Optical Drive (CD) cleaning disc in it.

Mi pc no enciende, nofUNCIONA nada mi es MX36LE-U

Since it is a socket 370 motherboard I doubt it draws a lot of power no matter what kind of AGP video card you have in it. Your board also only has a 20 pin connection for its main power to the motherboard. So that being said I would pick up the Rosewill RV350 power supply for your computer. I have personally installed several of this very make and model for people and have never had one die on me yet... Here's a link to the very power supply you need and I think it's even on sale right now:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182006
