How do i fix my dryer

Check and see if the motor is turning when you start it up. If it does then you have a broken drive belt which is common with any dryer.

Condensation belching out on to floor

Hi, I suggest that you check that all the lint has been removed from the dryer, especially the condenser cabinet area. Check that the rubber seals around the condenser unit have not been damaged, or dislodged - especially on the inner part of the small door. Also check that the plates in the condenser unit have not been damaged as this could also be the cause of the leak. If the two red stops cannot be turned to hold the condenser unit in place, the condenser unit is not installed properly, so carefully remove it, check there are no obstructions where the unit goes, and try to slide it back into place so the red stops can secure the unit in place. If you have no success after doing this, you may have to get the unit serviced.

The heat is there but it doesnt dry the clothes

You have one of 2 problems. Your clothes are getting put into the machine too wet because the washer isn't spinning them out all the way. Or you have a clogged vent causing the unit to take too long to dry properly because it can't remove the moisture properly. Check your vent outside to see how hard the dryer is blowing the air.

Hi,i have a zanussi tc7114 w tumble dryer and the orange light saying the tank is full is lit even though i have emptied the tank

Its finally time to get my tank thread started officially. I have been so excited to return to Reef Keeping after 9 years. Alot has changed in the hobby and its been great using UR to get back in the saddle. :applause: I decided I wanted to start with a 24inch Cube, anything bigger and the other half, would have throttled me, if I thought she just would not have spoken to me ever again I would have had a 7 footer  I searched and searched the various ads, but the one person who reassured me about quality and finish was Nick at ACS, a sponsor on UR. Before I knew it I had ordered a tank. A 24inch cube with xaqua. These are the first pictures of cabinet ....... http://i1149.photobucket.com/albums/o590/ady1966/Marine%20Reef/Tank2.jpg http://i1149.photobucket.com/albums/o590/ady1966/Marine%20Reef/tank3.jpg http://i1149.photobucket.com/albums/o590/ady1966/Marine%20Reef/Tank1.jpg and the tank being prepared......... http://i1149.photobucket.com/albums/o590/ady1966/Marine%20Reef/Tank4.jpg Hopefully ,

Zanussi dryer tc7114W door shuts blows the fuse

Behind the door locking mechanism is a switch, it sounds like from the force a wire might be touching the inside of the machine chassis. Gain access to the back of this switch and check there are not loose cables or cables touching metal. You should be able to access it by removing the top of the machine, remove the 3 screws and tap the front of the lid with the but of you hand to knock it back and remove it. With a torch look down the inside from of the machine to idenfiy anything loose. Alternativly remove the back of the machine and see of you can see it that way, as that model does have quite a large back access panel.Keep your screws safe ;)

Clothes not drying

Clothes not drying? Thats it? Does the dryer turn on at all? Does it tumble the clothes but doesn't get warm? If it turns on and tumbles but takes a long time to dry, then your heating element is not working. There is a thermal fuse right before the heating element that will open up if the vent becomes clogged and its gets too hot. The thermal fuse is not resettable and will have to be replaced. If the thermal fuse is o.k. then your heating element could be burned out. These two items almost require an electrical meter to read continuity to check them. Make sure the dryer is unplugged before checking these items.

My dryer makes a noise when turned on but

I think your belt is broken. Typically, a drier's top will pop off if you pry on it with a flat blade screw driver. If that happens, you can remove the front panel and set it aside to view the drum and the drive belt, motor assembly.

Of course you want to try to not mar the finish of the machine. Replacing the belt is simple to say but requires three hands. My suggestion is speak with the service department at the place you purchased your machine. They may offer additional advice for free. I am sure they can repair it simply and will allow you to observe so you can do it next time.

Thanks for using fixYa.com. I hope this suggestiopn helps you to make a decision.

There is no power going

If there is power at the socket and if the plug fuse and the wire is intact then there will be power to the unit. The fault can be relative to the failure of the main program controller board / switch .
So use a multimeter to check the continuity of the plug to the main unit to confirm.
if so you might need to swap a board to confirm before ordering for one unless there is a minor fault on the board which can inpected with a simple test using the meter.
Thank you using Fixya.
