Problem with my USB
Test to make sure the USB functions on PC ( plug a camrea or something else into it ) If the camera doesn't work either , then you need to get a PCI USB card . If the Pen drive shuts down on another computer then you need to dispose of the pen drive ( more than likely the pen drive is not working )
ASUS P4VP-MX display problem
If I understand you right, your display is not coming on with your new hardware. Try the eliminaion process:
take out the new things. Install them one by one, and try booting each time you install one. If that passes, turn off and install the next one, until you isolate the one failing. Once you know it, installit properly or come back here for help.
Audio
You will need to install audio driver.
Here is link. You may need to download more drivers (eg. video, network etc.)
Here is Asus download page , if you have a P4VP-MX your MB is a socket478, just select right model.

Soundcard
Yes,
Run windows updates, Start>programs>windows update
It will ask you if want to da an express or custom update, select custom.
On the left you will see optional
hardware updates, select all and install.
Or you can go to start>settings>control panel>

Booting problem
So i guess your problem that its taking long time On POST before switch to windows.
best possibility can be the disk drive connections, after checking processor ram and stuff its searching for drivers if you have any conflict on drives such as master slave configuration it will take bit time. take a look at drive setting hope this will help you.
CPU Problem
Most likely it's the motherboard but to make sure. Ask your maintenance guy to plug in your CPU to a working motherboard... If your CPU fails, change it. Same with the board. Put the working CPU on your board. If the board fails, change the board.
