No video after replacing chip fan

Try a different video-card -- a "no-spin" fan and "no-video" implies a dead video-card (or at least a video-card that is not "seated' properly).

Check that the PC-speaker leads are connected to the motherboard, so that you could hear any "beep" codes. There should be one "beep" to indicate 'OK', or multiple "beeps" (bad RAM, no video-card detected).

Here is my problem, a bit long but almost the

Remove everything connected to the PC ie usb devices with the exception of keyboard and mouse. Removing memory and starting a PC will never work it needs it to boot. check all connections are secure especially that the graphics cards are seated in their slots, now try.
The error code you get is related to the graphics card so remove them and clean them up refit and try again. If it still fails remove the link between the cards remove the card you suspect as faulty and boot with just one card. When you find the culprit you can choose to live without it or get it repaired. If you are not into powerful 3D effect games I'd live without it

Does ASUS A8N-SLI DELUXE support fan speed

You can research *********** board and drivers at ASUS.com.
You may find a new BIOS update which controls the fan speeds and temp.
If not, you can find plenty of frreware which will handle *********** board.

Can i get my motherboard fixed

Most problems that the motherboard have are bad capacitors...they will explode and leak acid on the motherboard....check your board for these leaks....if you have a few...you can have them replaced with the same value...otherwise it will be better off getting a new mother board.

PLEASE VOTE IF THIS IS HELPFUL. GOOD LUCK AND THANKS.
