You are using a device which works only with Win-Seven OS or higher. I've got the same problem with my optical mouse (without cable) .... Try to re-install your camera's driver in your pc... if this doesn't works... try to install your camera in a PC or Laptop with Win-Seven OS #NZ

Most laptops are the same as far as changing out the Battery. On bottom of Laptop,at back of Laptop you will see long skinny Plate for Battery. Take out screws,or some just snap out. Battery will have plug on right or left side, unplug,install new Battery,put plate cover back on. Good to go. Good Luck, easy task....
