I think you are facing pairing problem, solution is here,
First of all please understand ‘what is pairing’
Pairing is the
process of coordinating your mouse's transmitter with your mouse's receiver. It
requires both parts to operate on the same frequencies, usually by using the
same identification code. Pairing takes place to try to eliminate interference.
Some devices automatically pair both devices at start up; others need to be
manually paired.
Step 1. Plug in RF DONGLE into USB port,
Step 2. Put the batteries
in mouse (in right direction, see batteries. Direction symbols in the battery compartment +/- signs) and
place the batteries. Cover,
Now you can see the
red light glowing on the bottom of the mouse, now your mouse is ready to
pairing
There is two buttons for pairing the mouse
BUTTON 1 – this on the RF DONGLE, top/up side
BUTTON 2 - this is at the bottom of the wireless mouse,
NOTE- after pressing button-1, one time, your RF DONGLE will
be ON SERCH MODE for 7 seconds,
Step 3, now press BUTTON 1, one time, and move the mouse, if
mouse curser is not moving then press BUTTON 2 one time – now defiantly your
mouse will work,
