My mini wireless optical mouse will not pair

I think you are facing pairing problem, solution is here, First of all please understand ‘what is pairing’ Pairing is theprocess of coordinating your mouse's transmitter with your mouse's receiver. Itrequires both parts to operate on the same frequencies, usually by using thesame identification code. Pairing takes place to try to eliminate interference. Some devices automatically pair both devices at start up; others need to bemanually paired. Step 1. Plug in RF DONGLE into USB port, Step 2. Put the batteriesin mouse (in right direction, see batteries. Direction symbols in the battery compartment +/- signs) andplace the batteries. Cover, Now you can see thered light glowing on the bottom of the mouse, now your mouse is ready topairing There is two buttons for pairing the mouse BUTTON 1 – this on the RF DONGLE, top/up side BUTTON 2 - this is at the bottom of the wireless mouse, NOTE- after pressing button-1, one time, your RF DONGLE willbe ON SERCH MODE for 7 seconds, Step 3, now press BUTTON 1, one time, and move the mouse, ifmouse curser is not moving then press BUTTON 2 one time – now defiantly yourmouse will work, If you need any other technical support for GMAX, products please contact satish kumar (countryhead gmax technologies)

It's not working right....

The BenQ M310 mouse needs to "sync" with the USB receiver. Need to push the two buttons at the same time, or maybe the one in the mouse first then push the button in the USB receive so the two can "sync" to each other. This may solve this problem. Good luck!
