Hi there.The problem is in our drum unit.You can find him next to the toner cartrdige.As i remember it has green ot blue handle.Pull the drum unit out and look at the big metal roller with shiny serfers(thats the drum of the unit).Normaly it should be the same color all over the drum.If there are brown line around the drum thats mean it is time for you change the drum. The Waste toner is full, the copier will not work until you have emptied it or replaced it.
The waste toner is in the front, open front cover and the white bottle in the middle is the waste toner cartridge. Remove the black screw, and empty or replace the cartridge.
If you empty it make sure to clean the see-trough plastic on the top of it so that the sensor sees that it is empty.

Your machine has overheated. Try turning it off for five minutes in totality.
If that does not work, follow this:
press"Additional Functions" button (looks like a picture of a head with a star inside)
press the #2 and #8 at the same time (simultaneousley)
press "additional functions" again
The display should show a choice of
copier,feeder,sorter,fax,or board service modes
Select copier
select clear
select ERR
press OK
Turn power off & back on.

Save it locally first, then move it to the server.

Hi,
you need to open front cover, on left side you will see blue cover wich you ned to open to get to the toner, automatically the copier turns the enpty toner to "pull out" position, in your case its black tube, wich you need rotate clock wise and pull out.
Then insert new tube, hold it and pull out the ribbon, all the way out and rotate tube anticlockvise.
Close all covers and machine starts toner replenishing.

i think you want to print from computer.
the steps for connecting your printer to computer is as follows

First you switch on your computer- then put the cd or dvd which comes along with printer (driver cd).- it will auto run and you follow the instruction.
When the instruction tell you to connect the printer then only you have to connect the usb cable from the printer to cpu.
then you just follow the instruction on the monitor.

Your printer is connect with the computer.
