here is a link to a driver page, please select the appropriate driver for your Operating system, as well as the correct language. uninstall any drivers that have been installed, unplug the printer, and install correct driver. Follow on screen instructions, plug printer in when instructed, or after driver has completed the installation,

Canon have not produced a win7 64bit driver. I cannot find any trace of any 64 bit driver. the nearest is the vista 32 bit driver. All you can do is plug in your usb cable and let win 7 find a generic driver. It will be limited in what you can do but may just get you up and running.

Hi, You will have to get a different driver for you printer 64 bit. Go to the canon website and look for a 64 bit driver. Good luck.

Go to
Canon - Pick your geographical location from the map, then click the > Support & Drivers link in the top right and click your way through to the product your own. Once you're there, you can select your operating system from a drop-down menu.

If it appears like the example above, you have a bad drum or (most likely) a bad fuser unit.
Take the drum (toner) out and shake (horizontally) back and forth. Check inside for loose paper or toner.
