Try cleaning the nozzle using the software that came with the printer, if it's been a while since you have printed, try cleaning the head with a cotton swab and some isopropyl alcohol.

Replace the printing head. It's a known problem for BJC 2100.

Sorry for late answer.
First reset your printer by unplugging the power cable for a couple of minutes.
Open the printer and check for paper stuck inside, check also for lost foreign objects inside the printer (eg small screw) by turning it upside down.
Try also moving gently the printer head (cartridge slot) on the rail.

If after this you still get the error message then you probably damaged some mechanics inside the printer, in this case you will need to have printer serviced.

I would try to Highlight the entire page, then right click,
Select Print, and then select "entire selected section" and then Apply and print.
This should work.
Good luck.

Try taking a paper towel, and spray it with Windex (with amonia).
Take the cartridge out, and wipe the bottom of the cartridge with it.
This will wipe away any dried ink on the print head.
Then if you take a dried piece of paper towel, and press down on the bottom of the cartridge by the heads for about 5 seconds, you should see a spot of ink.

If that doesnt help, then repeat the above steps and try it again.

Last resort, try a new cartridge.

Are you using the ORIGINAL INK? What's media color are not same? For example, photo, document or others. May i know, what display device you used?

It sounds like you have flushed your printing heads useing printer maintance, if not I would do so, If this is not the problem try reloading your software for the printer. Good luck. dhu1988
