I want to install the printer but there is no CD
you have to download the driver of your printer;.....u must be specific in downloading your driver.....your brand of your printer and the model of the printer...ex hp d2660....you can go to hp.com then search the d2660..after that its operating you use...that is how you download your printer driver....canon and other pritners have their own website so you can driver their in their download drivers button area.
Canon MultiPass F20 - "Wrong Cartridge error msg" - not new but hardly used
Take both cartridges out and then you will see a grey lever in the front of the assembly that holds the two cartridges in it.
If you lift that lever up it will allow you to remove the print head assembly.
Soak that in some hot water, use a straw to help blow out any remaining ink residue in the holes that the ink flows throw and once it is dry again put it back in and see if the error goes away.
I'm just running a head cleaning, nozzle cleaning etc. now but I appear to be back in business.

Printer will not print black
Most probably its the problem of head. please clean the head with spirit or petrol and than clean the nozel with petrol or spirit and than try to take the print.
Doesent print or copy
Try unplugging the printer from its electrical source for a couple of minutes. That should clear out the memory. Uninstall the printer drivers/software and install the latest drivers from the Canon site:
http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=SupportDetailAct&fcategoryid=238&modelid=10444
Plug it back in and install the new drivers.
Good luck,
Tim
