1st You download Webcam Driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.Installation of Webcam DriverGo to the control panelClick on the System IconClick on the Hardware TabClick on the Device Manager sSelect the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.Right click on it and uninstall it.After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.Driver installation Wizard start.Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.Driver will be install.

Look to find remote and power supply for vc-c4

The VC-C4 uses a Canon WL-V5 remote control, available at B&H Photo here. They also have a power supply for the VC-C50 here. The VC-C50 is almost identical in specification to the VC-C4, it's just a newer model. The electrical power requirements are the same.

Canon VC-C4 vs Logitech webcam

DO you realize that this camera cost around 900 US$? - Might be a little overkill for VOIP.
Apart form that it is an excellent camera. Have look at the manual here.
The camera connects via RS232 (9DSub) or 8pin DSub and you can/have to download the software form Canon's web page.

Can't seem to connect canon printer TS3120 always says not connected I followed all steps also what do the 3 symbols on the front mean under wirelessly

The problem is in the setup procedures and perhaps your drivers. Read the manual that came with your printer. It tells you from the start, how to obtain an IP Address from the Wireless Modem to the Printers receiver. Go to Canon for customer support and get the updated drivers for that device.
