You must manually define the papersize and orientaion of bypass tray at the printer console or printer driver. Then print bypass tray (e.g. Tray6 on our Xerox).

Nele, Perhaps you don't understand properly? All doors flaps and locks of any importance do have control switches. If one switch is not activated, the pinter still thinks a door is open. Just try to open all doors you know, and this time close them with a little force (little slam) perhaps the one switch now will engage? Success
