the unit has only one compressor, you probaly have problems with the freezer also but the freezer is the last to let you know. Have you tried cleaning the condensor coils. Let me know if this helps. thank you.

It sounds as if you may have had a spillage at some stage in the fridge unit and this has gone onto the tray at the rear of the unit at the bottom on top of the motor.There may be some other explanation when you do pull out the fridge to access this tray.It may be easier to clean the tray in position as they can gat damaged if you try to remove them.If so get some soapy water and a sponge then clean out and dry,also some spray dissinfectant in the tray after cleaning will help.

They freon used is mainly amonia,best thing to use is bleach put in spray bottle mix 70 percent water and 30 percent bleach squirt entire fridge let soak then wipe clean let air out as much as possible!!!! :)

i have had the same problem, it was the fan which needed to be replaced.

same here. have the znb 4051s refridgerator. freezer works fine but fridge does not. there is no sound eminating from the fridge either...any ideas? its 1 year old!

You will need a service call for diagnosis and repair. It could be a faulty thermistor (electronic temperature sensor), or it is low on refrigerant gas and needs a top up. Odds are the fan is in the freezer side...For some reason the cold air isn't getting to the freezer. In the back of the freeze part shoud be a channel that the cold air blows thru to cool the refer. Either the fan is not working...or working slow. or something is blocking the path of cold air. Dig into it. Shoud be an easy fix.
