The simplest way is to fully re-format the Hard Drive. Boot to any Windows installation CD or DVD, and when the option comes up, choose to install a new copy of Windows, and follow delete existing partitions and re-format HD options. Seems to be a problem with your memory card, or it in wrong format so it cannot be read.Try to use the camera cable and connect that to your computer and see if you can copy your picture from the camera that way.

You can try to open your notebook, and take the internal battery off, to reset your BIOS. You must do that without charger or battery pluged in to the computer.
