Only work inside the computer case when the power has been switched off and disconnected. Never open the power source.
Some of the below steps recommend removing physical parts within the computer.
While in the computer it is highly recommend that you be aware of ESD and its potential hazards Remove the power lead from the power in put on the computer remove the side panels on on our computer you will see 4 screws 2 either side unscrew these then remove the electrical lead and the sata lead remembering where these are located slide the hard drive out then put your new sata hard drive in placing the leads back to there original position then tighten the screws (do not overtighten)

This folder is the DVD/CD-ROM Drive Class Description in the registry. Look for any of the following names in the right hand column.
Upper Filters

If any of the above keys shown in step 4 are listed, right-click on them and choose DeleteAfter deleting the keys, close the registry editorReboot your computerOpen My Computer and check to see if your CD or DVD drives have returned. You may also want to open Device Manager and verify that the yellow exclamation and error code on the CD or DVD drive is gone. or
you might have to physically unplug the leads for this cd/dvd restart your computer then plug them back this should activate the found new hardware wizard or you might have to uninstall then restart your computer then reinstall your DVD/CD then reinstall the driver for this device hope this helps you
1 st of all scan ur pc for virus....if u get any virus properly nuterlize it ...i recoment avg 7.5 anti virus..
if it doesnot work ...then re install ur window..
