Honeywell 7500 Watt Generator 15 HP Engine Electric Start w/Battery CARB Approved HW7500EL Questions & Answers
My 7500 watt generator doesn't produce any power
If it has sat, it may have lost it's rotor residual magnetism. Disconnect the rotor field wires at the AVR or on the exciter/brushes. Note they are polaroty sensitive. Connect a 12V battery to F+ and F- (note polarity) and momentarilly power from the battery for a few seconds. DO NOT forget to disconnect the rotor/exciter field wires first or the voltage regulator will be damaged. If it hasn't sat check voltage regulator, rotor resistance, and stator resistance, and for shorts to ground.
Can we add a dimmer switch to Honeywell ceiling fan AC552
If the lights are on a separate switch then yes. If the motor and lights get power from the same circuit, then no. The motor cannot be run on a light dimmer for long before it will burn out. Installing an aftermarket remote control will solve the problem.

Honeywell generator HW2000i Bought it cheap and
I would test the coil by removing it from the circuit, and attaching a properly gapped spark plug to the secondary, then apply and un-apply 12 volts to the primary. If you get a good strong spark on the spark plug tip each time you apply or remove the 12V, then you know that the coil is OK. This doesn't give you a measurement, but you don't know what the voltage is supposed to be anyway.
You might also try measuring the resistance across the primary and across the secondary and compare these numbers to a known good coil (anything similar should be in the same ballpark). Make sure to do that with the coil removed from any other connections and short the terminals together to remove any residual charge before you try to measure the resistance.
I hope this helps,
good luck
